Capabilities

Capacity across metals, setups, and part sizes

We machine and form parts from aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and brass. Work envelopes range from small precision inserts to large formed enclosures, with tooling setups matched to each drawing.

Material range

Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and brass, selected to suit the function and finish of each part.

Tooling setups

CNC milling, turning, and sheet forming setups planned around the geometry, batch size, and tolerance requirements of your drawing.

Part dimensions

Small precision inserts through large formed enclosures, reviewed against the envelope of the equipment before production begins.

Workflow

From CAD file to inspected part

01

CAD file intake

We review your drawing or CAD model and confirm the geometry, material, and dimensional requirements before quoting.

02

Toolpath programming

Machining and forming programs are prepared from the approved drawing, with setups chosen for the part's features and batch size.

03

Fabrication and machining

Sheet metal is formed and CNC parts are milled or turned on equipment matched to the material and tolerance requirements.

04

Final inspection

Finished parts are checked against the drawing and supplied tolerance limits before they are released for delivery.

Quality control

Verified against the drawing

Every job is checked for geometric accuracy using calibrated measuring instruments. Dimensions are compared directly with the CAD model and the tolerance limits you supply.

First-article validation confirms that the initial part meets specification before a production run continues, so issues are caught early rather than across the full order.
